Anthony Iezzi is Vice President of Residential and Commercial Mortgage Expansion at The Surefire Group, LLC / Home Front Mortgage, where he implements the company’s Joint Venture Model for the Mortgage and Title business with regional and national real estate companies, as well as national builder communities.

With more than 20 years of experience in the residential and mortgage industry, Anthony has been involved with many of the premier buildings in Center City Philadelphia — including the Ritz Carlton; The Symphony House; and the Sheraton Hotel, which was converted into the Parc Rittenhouse, a condominium in Center City, Philadelphia.

Anthony obtains approval for non-warrantable condominiums and manages myriad aspects of mortgage operations. He’s also worked alongside some of the foremost developers throughout the country, and will be expanding the aforementioned Joint Venture Mortgage and Title Model with the residential real estate brokerage and national builder communities. Throughout his career, he and his team managed over $1 billion in projects and mortgage sales.

Anthony is a top-performing professional. In past positions, he was Regional Builder Manager at Homebridge Financial Services and at CrossCountry Mortgage LLC. He worked to expand the presence of these companies in the builder community in the Northeast, focusing on their Builder Divisions’ untapped potential by developing relationships with and becoming a go-to resource for real estate brokers, builders, and other industry players working on multi-unit developments. Anthony also trained and mentored junior and senior loan officers on obtaining new construction accounts, as well as expanding relationships with the real estate broker community.
